This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on total101.co.uk 

TOTAL 101 reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

This policy is applicable only to online customers. TOTAL 101 cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of the TOTAL 101 website.

SHIPPING

How It Works

Once you’ve placed an order you will receive an order notification via email, letting you know we have received your order.

When an item is ready to ship, a despatch notice will be confirmed by email. As a guide, your order will normally be despatched within 48 hours.

Postage Charges

All orders will incur a shipping charge of £4.95 within the UK and £14.95 to the rest of the world. These charges are non-refundable when an order cancellation occurs after your order has been shipped.

Please note: orders crossing borders may incur local duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, therefore these are not included in your order and will need to be paid locally upon receipt. Please contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order.

Delivery Locations

TOTAL 101 delivers worldwide

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to have your order delivered to you within 4-6 working days from time of order (for UK and Europe) and 8-10 working days for International delivery.

*Some deliveries may take longer due to localised restrictions as a result of Covid-19

Once an order has been despatched TOTAL 101 is unable to amend delivery location or redirect your order.


RETURNS

At TOTAL 101 we are passionate about customer service and we aim to please every customer. We are confident that with your careful consideration of our size guide you will purchase a piece that is the correct fit.

If you do need to return any items you can do so at any time within 28 days of receipt of goods. Items must be in their original condition on receipt of returned item. We are unable to process exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to offer freepost returns at the moment and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return. We recommend using a tracked provider, as we cannot accept liability for any items lost in transit. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped and the returns form is enclosed. When sending the parcel back, please make sure you obtain a proof of postage certificate. We aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 28 days.  

Faulty Goods

We hope that you will never experience a damaged or faulty item as every piece is hand checked and lovingly packaged before being delivered to you. However if you feel there is a manufacturing fault or you have received an incorrect order please contact us immediately via email at hello@total101.co.uk so that we can personally assist you and sort out the problem as quickly as possible.   

TOTAL 101 will reimburse you for the postage of your returned parcel if your item is faulty or been packed incorrectly. Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 28 days after receiving the goods if they turn out to be faulty.  Only manufacturing faults will be considered. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to a customer's negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls from wear or not following the care instructions, we will not be held responsible.

Cancellation of Orders

If you would like to cancel your order, you have one hour from the time you receive your order confirmation email to do so, otherwise we may have already processed your order.

If you wish to cancel your order after the time in which your order can be cancelled, you will be responsible for paying any return postage fees.

TOTAL 101 are not responsible for any returns parcels lost in transit and you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

The shipping cost incurred for returning the item to TOTAL 101 are NOT covered or reimbursed by us.

Once the parcel is received by TOTAL 101, your refund will be issued. We aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 28 days.  You will receive confirmation of your refund via email. Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.
